Yes. Interviews are a required part of the included Mirror Church Assessment. The engagement includes up to five recorded interviews, selected to provide the perspectives needed for the Clarity Day. Transcripts are analyzed alongside survey and organizational data.
What happens afterward?+
Within 10 business days, you receive an Executive Action Plan, three to five 90-day rocks, and a practical roadmap. A 90-Day Implementation Partnership is available separately.
