No. The assessment is useful when something feels stuck, but it is equally valuable for healthy churches preparing for growth, transition, or a significant decision.
Are interviews required?+
Yes. Interviews are a required part of the Mirror Church Assessment. The engagement includes up to five recorded interviews, selected to provide the perspectives needed for a clear and responsible diagnosis. Transcripts are analyzed alongside the surveys, documents, and organizational data.
Can we add a Clarity Day later?+
Yes. If you schedule a Leadership Clarity Day within 60 days, the upgrade is $4,000. The combined investment is $9,000 plus travel; churches that know they want both can book the complete Clarity Day directly for $8,500 plus travel.
How are responses handled?+
Results are analyzed for themes, alignment gaps, and patterns. Individual staff responses are treated carefully, and findings are reported in a way that serves honest organizational learning.
